Why Haven’t I Blogged?

It’s a good question, why I haven’t been blogging lately.

The first reason is due to my father going home to be with our Lord Jesus on Memorial day just a few weeks ago; and as some of you may already understand, death (sudden or not) has a way of putting life into perspective and slowing it down.

Ecclesiastes 7:1-2 points out that we should keep our lives in perspective by considering death more often than we do.

7 A good name is better than precious ointment,

and the day of death than the day of birth.

2 It is better to go to the house of mourning

than to go to the house of feasting,

for this is the end of all mankind,

and the living will lay it to heart.

The second reason for the lack of writing has been due to a leaner focus on my past times. I have been focusing on writing music for AudioJungle instead of spreading myself too thin and trying to “do it all” as the world seems to push me into so easily.
