If you are looking for the perfect twitter client for your Mac than I would highly suggest using the free version of Tweetie from atebits.
I had been using the free version of Twitteriffic, which is a fine product as well. However I have found the GUI of Tweetie much more appealing.

COTweet OS X App via Fluid (and any other web app for that matter)

Fluid is an unbelievable Mac OS X application that allows you to paste in an url, choose an icon and then create an application from it. It truly is an amazing app.
