Let’s Discuss Proverbs 27.1

Proverbs 27
1 Don’t brag about tomorrow,
since you don’t know what the day will bring.
Some thoughts on this verse:
Saying I will do this and that with no regard of God assumes that I have tomorrow in my hands. I obviously do not and do not know what even the next hour will bring.
Do not let procrastination run your life, just do it now if it is the next right thing.
Why postpone doing something today to a day that we are not guaranteed, how foolish.
Oh God, through the grace given to me, teach me to stay focused on the here and now, with you.
